Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by ji17 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
ji17 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. ji17 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as published on the ji17 platform. Deposits are credited to your ji17 wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ji17 is not responsible for delays caused by third -party payment processors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ji17 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any ji17 content without prior written authorisation from ji17.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji17 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ji17 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
ji17's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ji17 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ji17 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ji17 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ji17 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ji17, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ji17 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and ji17 cannot guarantee absolute data security.
ji17 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Upon account closure for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to ji17.
You may close your ji17 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ji17 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ji17's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause limits ji17's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
